The videos on this site require that Flash Player 8 is installed on your computer. If you don't have it installed, or the videos aren't playing correctly download it from here: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

To download the videos, click the down arrow on the bottom right underneath each video. These downloads are compressed quicktime movies, which when uncompressed require Quicktime installed to play. They will also playback on a video iPod

If you would like to be notified when new videos are added to the site, subscribe to the videocast rss feed using the link below. To subscribe to the videocast in iTunes, choose "Subscribe to Podcast..." in iTunes' "Advanced" menu and enter the videocast url into the window that appears.
