On June 8, Matador Records releases Yo La Tengo's Here to Fall Remixes EP. It features the standout Popular Songs track redone by De La Soul's Maseo, RJD2, and Pete Rock, who "drops a verse about Yo La Tengo themselves" on his version, according to Matador. This is some rap-rock we can (potentially) fuck with. The scuzzy, hypnotic original was given our Best New Music distinction last summer.
